Like most of other marketers, I sometimes forget that family and friends can be a great source of business leads.
Family/Friends always seem to know someone how wants to buy or sell a house or a business...and they are always willing to put in a good word for you. This certainly beats all other types of marketing efforts.
Now where did I put the phone book with everyone's phone numbers...
