- Mortgage rates remain low and affordability at an all time high
- Very low inventory of homes on the market
...all of above are generating multiple offers on a lot of properties with homes selling well above the asking price.
Since mid-August, I have no put in 10 offers, with 8 going as multiples...winning a grand total of 2...Last night brought on another multiple offer situation with my client and I ending up with the winning bid...
