December is off to a great start...
First, purchased my first home..a cozy little townhouse in Maple, ON...needs paint, new flooring, and a 50" tv...
Secondly, closing for a great semi-detached for a Buyer in Mississauga, ON...no work required...Buyer will enjoy the home...
Great time to Sell...and buy
